Almay Liquid Lip Balm is packaged in a lip gloss style tube with a doe foot applicator. It provides medium buildable color and, while not as hydrating as a true lip balm, doesn’t dry out my lips. I’d classify this as more of a moisturizing liquid lipstick, which I love.
I had stopped purchasing Almay products sometime last year because the brand had supposedly lost its cruelty-free status. After some research, however, I realized that while its parent company Revlon has sadly begun animal testing, Almay itself is indeed still cruelty-free.
Have you tried this product? What do you think of the brand Almay?
